Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her performances on TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut, she has shown her range in acting making outstanding appearances on TV programs like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. In 2005, she was noticed initially for her role as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 It was, however, her role as Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's rights) on the biographical All the Way film that led to her fame as an actor.
