Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born on August 4, 1981, is an American actress. She is most famous for her roles in the movies The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha Holden plays her current role as a character in Rectify on the Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actress and film director who also works on television. She was known for her work in the drama show Rectify, as well as in the science fiction show Timeless. She is a native of Gulf Breeze, Florida and began her acting career with the soap opera All My Children. The actress was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award for the most outstanding female newcomer. The following years she was mostly a guest on parts on various television series. The most well-known was her portrayal of the character of Dr. Erin Jameson, in the television show Hawthorne. Her character slowly gained a huge audience thanks to her amazing look and incredible acting talents. When she was about twenty-years old, her debut film part was Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film where she was a part of. In the film Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. She played Lucy Preston the history professor in Timeless. Spencer was named one of the Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's performance on Timeless. Timeless has earned the praise of critics.
