Miley Ray Cyrus is an American actor, singer musician, actor, and songwriter. Her distinctive vocals that are raspy, her music combines elements from many styles and genres, like pop, country pop hip hop, experimental, and rock. Cyrus has been the only artist to reach the US Billboard 200 top-five albums in the 21st century of female artists, having 13 entries. Her personal life, public images, and performances often provoked controversy and received widespread media attention. Cyrus is daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus country music performer, made her a star as a teenager while playing the lead character on the Disney Channel's Hannah Montana (2006-2011). Hannah Montana was a US Billboard 200 number one, three-times top five soundtrack artist, and the US Billboard Hot 100's number-one single, "He Could Be The One". Cyrus's own discography includes the US number one albums Meet Miley Cyrus (2007), Breakout (2008) and Bangerz (2012) and the top five album releases, Can't be Tamed (2017), Younger Now (2017) and Plastic Hearts (2020); and Miley Cyrus & His Dead Petz (2015). Cyrus's EPs The Time of Our Lives (2009) and She Is Coming (2019) also debuted in the top-five. Plastic Hearts, Cyrus' most adored album, premiered at the top of Billboard Rock Charts. It featured the lead single, "Midnight Sky". Other singles she has released include "See You Again", the US number-one "7 Things", and "Party in America." "Party in America" is her other top ten charting single. "Party in America" also includes "Can't Be Taught", We Can't Stop", Malibu, and "Without You". "Party in the U.S.A." was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Cyrus's accomplishments in music industry include being on Billboard's Greatest of All Time Artists chart in 2019, as well as inclusions on Time 100 lists in 2008/2014. She is often regarded as one of the few examples of successful child actors-turned-singers.
